Overview
WMH Solutions seeks a Sales & Rental Operations Coordinator to lead order processing rental contract coordination fleet inventory and cross-departmental communication at the Charlotte corporate office. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency and support seamless customer delivery.
What You'll Do6
- 1Review process and track customer orders for new used and rental equipment
- 2Manage lease agreements purchase orders invoices and sales contracts
- 3Assist with rental contract setup stock list tracking trade-in processing equipment delivery scheduling and warranty registrations
- 4Act as main communication bridge connecting sales representatives service technicians rental managers customers leasing companies and manufacturers
- 5Support order accuracy verification invoicing reports gross profit review and vendor record management
- 6Provide rapid administrative response for urgent customer inquiries branch order updates and overflow support for sales teams
Requirements5
- 15+ years in sales coordination rental operations logistics fleet management dispatch order processing dealership support or high-volume customer service administrative roles
- 2High School Diploma or GED required valid driver’s license
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excel Outlook Teams Word and comfort learning internal ERP inventory management software
- 4Strong written verbal communication exceptional attention to detail proactive follow-through and ability to prioritize shifting tasks
- 5Experience with material handling industry preferred but not required
Salary Insight
$48 - $52k per year
