Rental Coordinator Griffin Fluid Management
Overview
Rental Coordinator supports the overall rental effort focusing on incoming calls rental contract generation and equipment maintenance. This role drives operational efficiency and client satisfaction across diverse project types.
What You'll Do11
- 1Monitors rental equipment to maximize utilization in cooperation with branch management
- 2Responsible start and stop dates on all rental contracts
- 3Maintains equipment hours within ERP
- 4Coordinates equipment availability and status
- 5Keeps utilization spreadsheet to report accurate equipment availability
- 6Communicates with Service Department daily regarding equipment availability and repair status
- 7Generates repair orders and communicates with customers on repair bills
- 8Oversees purchase orders for sub-rentals and freight
- 9Coordinates and tracks rental drivers for deliveries and pickups of equipment while maintaining an accurate rental log
- 10Creates and manages rental agreements to completion
- 11Obtains current certificates of insurance from customers
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 2Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment
- 3Ability to build rapport with staff and customers
- 4Professional phone demeanor
- 5Strong written/oral communication skills
- 6Intermediate computer skills required Microsoft Word Excel data entry
- 7Physical Demands Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 50lbs
- 8Adequate hearing and vision abilities
- 9Ability to tolerate prolonged sitting and/or standing
Salary Insight
$56 - $60k per year
