What You'll Do9
- 1Coordinate rental details, including equipment requirements, availability, and attachments, to ensure customer needs are met.
- 2Manage rental contracts and documentation in the rental and invoicing software, ensuring accuracy.
- 3Handle contract amendments, suspensions, and terminations, and coordinate timely equipment collection.
- 4Resolve customer invoice issues, manage credits, and address past-due receivables to maintain cash flow.
- 5Oversee daily transportation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of haul trucks.
- 6Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards across transportation activities.
- 7Work with the Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain haul trucks, including routine maintenance and repairs.
- 8Hire and train department staff to build a high-performing team.
- 9Review Department Profit and Loss Statements to assess performance and implement improvements.
Requirements6
- 12-3 years of rental experience preferred.
- 2Ability to multi-task in a technology-driven service environment.
- 3Proven organizational skills to complete work within deadlines.
- 4Effective verbal and written communication with management, co-workers, and customers.
- 5High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 6Must pass a criminal history background check.
