You will own the delivery and setup of party rental equipment including bounce houses, tables, and chairs across the Dallas area, with a focus on weekend and holiday events. What You'll Do8
- 1Load, deliver, set up, and take down rental equipment at customer locations across the Dallas area.
- 2Walk customers through safety and operating instructions for each piece of equipment, ensuring they understand usage and precautions.
- 3Pick up equipment after events and return it to the warehouse, documenting condition and any issues.
- 4Represent Bounce N More with friendly, professional customer service at every interaction.
- 5Use a company-provided truck to transport equipment efficiently between the warehouse and event sites.
- 6Communicate with the dispatch team via phone to coordinate deliveries and handle schedule changes.
- 7Adhere to safety protocols when lifting and moving heavy equipment, using a dolly for items over 200 lbs.
- 8Maintain a clean driving record and follow all traffic laws while on delivery routes.
Requirements8
- 1Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
- 2Ability to lift and move up to 200+ lbs with a dolly.
- 3Working cell phone and familiarity with the Dallas area or GPS navigation.
- 4Strong communication skills and good judgment when working independently.
- 5Friendly, can-do attitude, even during peak times.
- 6Must live within 30 miles of Rowlett, TX.
- 7Must be physically able to perform the job duties described.
- 8Availability required on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
