The ideal candidate will own the sales process and utilize the bedMatch diagnostic system to deliver exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate mattresses using the bedMatch system
- 2Design and execute personalized shopping experiences focused on improving client sleep quality
- 3Ship orders accurately while maintaining high standards for product presentation and packaging
- 4Maintain showroom floors by resetting displays and assisting customers with furniture placement
- 5Collaborate with store teams to achieve daily sales targets and maintain inventory accuracy
- 6Drive store performance through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques
- 7Utilize tablet technology and mobile POS systems to process transactions efficiently
- 8Provide educational guidance on sleep solutions while demonstrating product knowledge
- 9Work flexible schedules including evenings holidays and weekends
- 10Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company dress standards
- 11Contribute ideas for improving customer engagement and operational processes
Requirements11
- 15+ years building sales in retail environments
- 2Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for data analysis tasks
- 3Certified in the CPC Card program
- 4Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
- 5Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical store duties
- 6Experience with AWS cloud services
- 7Familiarity with Kubernetes deployment principles
- 8Strong analytical abilities demonstrated through data-driven decision making
