Sales Administrative Assistant, Construction Showroom & Lead Support
Overview
Own the showroom experience and sales coordination for a startup-style construction environment at scale. You will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound sales leads, provide administrative support to operations and leadership, and help drive showroom visits to close business. This role blends sales support, customer service, and operations, with growth opportunities into project management, design, or sales.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build a high-touch lead follow-up process for 15 inbound leads per day and 20 outbound leads per day to secure showroom or manager meetings
- 2Re-engage past prospects and convert them into scheduled meetings through persistent multi-channel outreach
- 3Serve as administrative assistant to Vice President of Operations and Sales & Operations leadership, supporting calendars, documents, and communications
- 4Support construction projects with administrative duties including pulling permits, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors
- 5Coordinate with vendors by calls and emails and track responses to ensure timely material delivery
- 6Assist with preparation and tracking of sales proposals to help close deals
- 7Contribute to marketing campaigns and outreach activities to generate demand
- 8Greet showroom visitors, provide refreshments, and offer guided tours highlighting products and services
- 9Maintain a professional, organized showroom reflecting the company brand and values
- 10Perform general admin duties such as scheduling, data entry, and document prep to sustain daily operations
Requirements10
- 12–4 years of experience in phone-based sales handling inbound or outbound leads in a sales support or administrative role
- 2Proven ability to manage high volumes of calls, emails, and texts with consistent follow-up
- 3Strong customer service skills with ability to build rapport and guide prospects toward appointments
- 4Sales-oriented mindset with initiative to pursue opportunities
- 5Experience providing administrative support to leadership or sales teams
- 6Comfort making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries professionally
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication for interactions with leads, customers, vendors, and internal teams
- 8Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- 9Basic proficiency with common office tools for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping
- 10Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
