What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with new leads via phone and email

- 3Schedule and coordinate follow-up conversations with Project Coordinators
- 4Answer inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
- 5Provide relevant context to the Project Coordinator to advance opportunities
- 6Maintain CRM data transparency and accurate lead status
- 7Support Project Coordinators and Sales Leadership as needed
- 8Track and prioritize a high volume pipeline of new leads and follow-ups
- 9Collaborate with design and construction teams to align client expectations
- 10Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture that reflects company values
Requirements5
- 12+ years in a customer facing role with appointment setting experience
- 2Experience using CRM software like Salesforce, Close, HubSpot or similar
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 4Advanced organizational and communication skills
- 5Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume pipeline of new leads and follow ups
