What You'll Do8
- 1Oversee all aspects of a complex electrical structures and construction project, ensuring OSHA compliance.
- 2Interact with teams and implement safety improvements that deliver an improved safety culture and performance.
- 3Attend safety department and management meetings, training workshops, and daily activity briefings.
- 4Establish processes that verify qualifications, training, and PPE of personnel performing the work.
- 5Drive assurance around energy isolation and contractor LOTO compliance, especially during data center builds.
- 6Apply NFPA 70E standards to protect workers from electrical hazards.
- 7Participate in the development and delivery of safety training and toolbox talks.
- 8Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements9
- 15+ years of direct safety experience in electrical construction.
- 2NFPA 70E certification.
- 3OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certified.
- 4Bachelor's degree in a safety related field preferred.
- 5Experience working on a data center build or similar environment.
- 6Experience driving assurance around energy isolation and contractor LOTO compliance.
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 8Proficient computer skills.
