What You'll Do6
- 1Oversee all aspects of the project ensuring OSHA compliance
- 2Identify hazards coach safe behaviors deliver training and build a safety culture that works on the line
- 3Respond to EHS incidents and emergencies activate procedures collect preliminary findings and support root cause investigations
- 4Manage the full RCRA hazardous waste program including storage labeling satellite accumulation drum logs and coordination with disposal contractors
- 5Conduct daily safety meetings and audits ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment
- 6Drive continuous improvement in safety practices align programs with corporate standards
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading compliance projects in manufacturing or industrial settings
- 3Electrical experience required familiarity with lithium-ion battery storage systems or NFPA 855 is a plus
- 4OSHA 30 certification required
- 5Fortlift certification required
- 6NFPA 70e is highly preferred
- 7Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 RCRA hazardous waste requirements and EPA TCEQ regulations
- 8Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 9Demonstrated leadership and accountability in safety roles
