EHS Risk Management Consultant
Overview
Lead Environmental Health and Safety consulting initiatives to reduce workplace risks and improve client outcomes. What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct onsite field audits targeting OSHA DOT Fire Code and EPA compliance gaps
- 2Deliver mitigation plans and corrective actions to prevent incidents
- 3Facilitate employee training sessions and safety committee facilitation
- 4Cultivate client relationships with dealership groups and industry associations
- 5Develop accident prevention programs aligned with federal and state regulations
- 6Implement environmental compliance systems including SPCC and hazard communication protocols
- 7Prepare regulatory documentation such as OSHA 300 logs and EPA ID verification
- 8Establish quarterly client visit schedules optimizing regional travel logistics
- 9Achieve zero lost time injuries through continuous safety monitoring
- 10Collaborate with account executives to identify cross-selling opportunities
- 11Maintain transparent communication with district managers and external stakeholders
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science Engineering or related field
- 2Minimum three years EHS consulting experience
- 3Proficiency in Python AWS React Kubernetes certifications
- 4Bilingual Spanish English communication capability
- 5Strong analytical skills for regulatory interpretation and risk assessment
- 6Experience managing complex client interactions across multiple stakeholders
- 7Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 20 pounds and standing continuously
- 8Experience with CRM platforms and digital documentation tools
- 9Valid driver's license and insurance compliance for travel requirements
