Roving Store Worker, POS & Customer Service
Overview
Own customer service touchpoints across the Hunt Brothers Pizza Express at AAFES Phoenix. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and prepare simple foods while stocking and supporting store operations at scale. You will join a team focused on growth and development in a DoD employee environment. This role emphasizes hands on service, flexibility, and cross training across store areas.
What You'll Do5
- 1Provide expert customer service at the register and in person to create an extraordinary experience
- 2Prepare and serve simple foods and beverages while ensuring accuracy of transactions
- 3Stock supplies and merchandise and assist with shop maintenance and cleanliness
- 4Engage customers with appropriate conversation to drive product recommendations
- 5Cross train and assist in other areas of the store as needed to support operations
