Overview
Owns stocking, pricing, and merchandising responsibilities across departments at the Exchange store in Phoenix. Handles unloading, stocking, and minor maintenance while ensuring a clean store environment. Partners with customers to deliver an extraordinary shopping experience and supports safety procedures.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build stock accuracy by unloading, breaking out, and stocking merchandise with efficiency and accuracy
- 2Deliver customer experience by engaging customers and prioritizing needs over tasks
- 3Listen to customer needs and ask follow up questions to recommend appropriate products
- 4Follow all safety guidelines and operating procedures
- 5Maintain cleanliness and basic facility upkeep inside and outside the store

- 1Able to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
- 2Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
