Stock Associate, Retail Inventory & Floor Support
Overview
The Stock Associate owns inventory movement and backroom organization to keep shelves ready and products flowing on the sales floor. You will handle deliveries, counts, and merchandising in a fast paced Phoenix store. You will join a hands on team focused on accuracy, cleanliness, and efficient restocking at scale. This role offers training and clear paths into leadership.
What You'll Do8
- 1Unload and process incoming deliveries with accuracy
- 2Check quantities, pricing, and product condition against orders
- 3Move stock from backroom to sales floor to ensure availability
- 4Keep shelves, displays, and coolers fully stocked and tidy
- 5Organize backroom for easy item location and safe handling
- 6Assist with routine stock counts and inventory checks
- 7Locate specific items for the sales team when customers need them
- 8Maintain clean, organized, and safe stock areas

- 1Comfortable with early morning starts and standing for long periods

- 4Reliable and able to work independently or with a team
- 5Prior retail or stockroom experience helpful but training provided
