Cashier, Retail Floor & Decor POS & Customer Service
Overview
The Cashier will greet customers, process checkouts, handle returns, and support store operations in a full-time or part-time capacity at Floor & Decor outlets. Youll work onsite in Phoenix and interact with customers to understand projects and recommend products. What You'll Do5
- 1Build customer relationships by greeting and assisting shoppers and answering questions at the point of sale
- 2Process transactions using the POS system and handle refunds or exchanges with accuracy
- 3Open and close registers per policy and manage cash, check, and credit card procedures
- 4Stock, tag, and display merchandise and create price tags and signage
- 5Provide exceptional service to exceed customer expectations and uphold safety and company values

- 4Willingness to travel to other stores for support
- 5Ability to work onsite in Phoenix and stand for extended periods
