Overview
You will own the front counter and order line at a busy Domino's store in Phoenix, handling customer interactions and crafting pizzas with speed and accuracy. You will work alongside a small team of 5-10 crew members, reporting directly to the shift manager. What You'll Do7
- 1Greet customers, take orders, and process payments using the POS system with accuracy and a friendly tone.
- 2Prepare dough, sauce, and toppings per Domino's recipes, then build and bake pizzas to spec within 3-4 minutes during peak hours.
- 3Operate the food warmer and cutting station to box pizzas, sides, and desserts while maintaining temperature standards.
- 4Keep the front counter, lobby, and restroom area spotless, following the daily sanitation checklist.
- 5Restock paper goods, ingredient bins, and beverage station supplies to keep the line running without slowdowns.
- 6Assist with opening or closing duties, including cash reconciliation and locking up the store.
- 7Resolve customer complaints on the spot, offering a remake or discount to turn a negative experience into a repeat visit.
Requirements7
- 116 years or older with a valid food handler's card or willingness to obtain one within 30 days.
- 26+ months in a customer-facing role, such as retail or food service, handling cash and conversations.
- 3Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and keep the drawer balanced.
- 4Physical stamina to stand for 6-8 hour shifts and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
- 5Capability to operate POS systems and kitchen equipment like the dough press and oven timers.
- 6Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as store hours extend past midnight.
- 7Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
