Customer Service Rep, Pizza Delivery & In-Store
Overview
You own the customer experience at a busy Domino's franchise, handling phone orders, counter service, and food prep. You'll master the POS system and food safety protocols while balancing speed and accuracy during peak hours. This role rotates between front counter, make line, and oven station. You'll directly impact store ticket times and customer satisfaction, with clear advancement paths to shift lead or assistant manager.
What You'll Do9
- 1Operate the POS system to enter and modify customer orders, ensuring accuracy on every ticket.
- 2Receive and process telephone orders using phone systems and headsets, upselling menu items as needed.
- 3Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, rotating stock by FIFO.
- 4Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and beverages according to Domino's standards.
- 5Take inventory and complete daily paperwork using spreadsheets and inventory software.
- 6Clean equipment and facility daily, including ovens, mixers, and prep surfaces.
- 7Handle cash and card transactions, making correct change and balancing the cash drawer.
- 8Assist with loading and unloading bulk deliveries using hand trucks and dollies.
- 9Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements8
- 1Must be 18+ with a valid food handler's card (or obtain within 30 days).
- 21+ year experience in customer service or food service preferred.
- 3Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, with or without a calculator.
- 46+ months experience using POS systems or cash registers.
- 5Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours per shift.
- 6Comfortable working in varying temperatures from 36°F to 90°F+.
- 7Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory tracking.
- 8Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
