RME Planner
Overview
RME Planner oversees asset management work planning and spare part inventory using Infor EAM. This role involves publishing facility performance metrics interpreting data troubleshooting processes and maintaining equipment metadata. The ideal candidate will drive improvements in work order accuracy and spare parts documentation while supporting facilities teams through coaching and collaborative initiatives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Measure and publish facility performance metrics to management
- 2Develop and maintain equipment metadata including manufacturer model serial number and system structure
- 3Create and manage work orders ensuring proper creation planning updates and closure
- 4Drive materials management processes including requisitions purchase orders and cycle counts
- 5Collaborate with corporate EAM analysts to implement new functionality and preventive maintenance procedures
- 6Provide software training to end users and new administrators
- 7Act as liaison for problem solving and escalation
- 8Coach staff on CMMS functions and best practices
- 9Support management in reviewing work order data accuracy
- 10Maintain spare parts metadata with supplier catalog numbers pricing and part numbers
- 11Audit materials management processes and implement corrective actions
Requirements11
- 1Associate degree in Business Administration Information System Engineering or related field
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Flexibility with hours and days including potential 20 hour daily schedules
- 41-3+ years related experience in maintenance distribution or manufacturing environments
- 5Experience communicating with peers hourly associates and senior management
- 6Informal EAM software experience preferred
- 72+ years data analysis experience in facilities maintenance
- 8Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 9Knowledge of warehousing inventory scheduling and project estimating
- 10Strong analytical decision making skills
- 11Self driven organized individual
