- 5Create and publish weekly rolling maintenance schedules
- 6Coordinate with production to align maintenance with operational needs
- 7Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings to refine the preliminary schedule
- 8Manage OEM visit scheduling and documentation
- 9Lead post-visit debriefs for OEM work follow-up
- 10Monitor scheduling KPIs like completion rates and schedule compliance
- 11Assist technicians during emergencies to expedite repairs
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED required with technical degree preferred
- 23+ years maintenance planning scheduling experience in manufacturing
- 3Proficiency with CMMS systems like Llumin
- 4Strong Excel and scheduling tool skills
- 5Ability to read technical documents and OEM manuals
- 6Understanding of TPM and preventive maintenance principles
- 7Effective communication and meeting facilitation abilities
- 8Physical stamina for standing walking and handling equipment
- 9Lift truck operator license required
- 10Vision and strength requirements up to 100 pounds
- 11Experience with blueprint reading and equipment troubleshooting
