Overview

What You'll Do10
- 1Measure and publish facility PI metrics to management, interpreting data and recommending process improvements.
- 2Maintain equipment metadata in Infor EAM, including manufacturer, model, serial number, and system structure, labeling assets with barcodes.
- 3Develop and maintain work order data by adding equipment to PM plans, schedules, and work packages, setting due dates and meter points.
- 4Support management in reviewing work order accuracy, covering equipment, booked hours, parts usage, and closing codes.
- 5Manage work orders in the system, ensuring proper creation, planning, update, and closure.
- 6Maintain spare parts metadata in Infor EAM, including supplier, catalog number, min/max quantities, pricing, and part numbers.
- 7Drive materials management by generating requisitions, POs, and receipts in EAM and Oracle, and maintain 5S standards in the store.
- 8Audit materials management with cycle counts and support corrective actions using KPIs and EAM data.
- 9Collaborate with facilities team to reduce costs and improve parts quality, and with corporate analysts to deploy new EAM features and reports.
- 10Conduct software training for end users and new EAM administrators, and coach staff on CMMS best practices.
Requirements10
- 11-3+ years of related experience in maintenance, distribution, or manufacturing.
- 24+ years working with enterprise asset management software, with Infor EAM ASE highly desired.
- 32+ years of data analysis experience in facilities maintenance, focusing on asset management and spare part optimization.
- 4Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or professional training); Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Information Systems preferred.
- 5Flexibility with hours and days, as operation may run 20 hours/day, 7 days/week including holidays.
- 6Experience communicating with peers, hourly associates, and senior management on maintenance, inventory, and cost control.
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS, with knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
- 8Skilled trade training or technical expertise, and strong knowledge of warehousing/manufacturing maintenance inventory and project estimating.
- 9Proven written and verbal communication skills, and self-driven with ability to work in a team environment.
- 10User training experience desired.
