
Materials Planner 4, Core MRP & ECO Execution
Overview
Own the MRP planning signals for a high-mix electronics environment, mastering Material Master data to ensure ECO cutovers hit their dates. You will partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and Engineering teams to drive material actions that meet E&O targets. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive ECO cutovers by coordinating material readiness with Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
- 2Analyze MRP exceptions daily and execute planner actions to align supply with demand.
- 3Maintain Material Master attributes to ensure accurate planning parameters and MRP signals.
- 4Collaborate with Manufacturing to resolve material shortages and expedite critical lines.
- 5Implement E&O mitigation strategies by identifying slow-moving inventory and proposing write-offs.
- 6Run weekly ABC analysis to prioritize items and adjust safety stock levels.
- 7Lead cross-functional meetings with IT to fix system issues impacting MRP.
- 8Develop contamination reports to track early warnings on potential material disruptions.
Requirements6
- 15+ years in materials planning or supply chain, with APICS or CPIM certification preferred.
- 2Hands-on experience with SAP MRP modules and Material Master data management.
- 3Strong analytical skills using Excel pivot tables and Power BI dashboards.
- 4Proven ability to manage multiple ECOs simultaneously in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing setting.
- 5Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Kanban systems.
- 6Excellent communication skills to coordinate with Engineering and IT teams.
