Overview
Own the deployment and optimization of Epic revenue cycle applications at Valleywise Health System. Drive analysis of vendor supplied software functionality to ensure alignment with current revenue cycle workflows. Lead project teams and deliver measurable service outcomes while upholding the organization’s values. This role focuses on transforming revenue cycle data through specialized tooling and collaboration across departments.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and lead projects to deploy and optimize Epic revenue cycle modules
- 2Design analyses of vendor software functionality to ensure conformity with Revenue Cycle workflows
- 3Drive data-driven improvements using proprietary toolsets and Epic core modules
- 4Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver measurable service outcomes within performance improvement initiatives
- 5Ship enhancements and reports that translate revenue cycle data into actionable insights
- 6Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for revenue cycle applications and related tooling
- 7Scale process improvements across departments to support accurate billing and claims processing
- 8Debug and troubleshoot issues in Epic environments and associated data sources
- 9Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables in 90-day windows
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent IT/IS experience
- 2Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare data management and analysis using revenue cycle and hospital financial software
- 3Experience with Epic revenue cycle modules (preferred Epic ADT, HB Resolute, HB CDM) or similar systems
- 4Knowledge of revenue cycle database programming and data structures
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel, and experience in queries/management and reporting
