Overview
Own vendor performance analysis within outsourced revenue cycle functions for a health system. Scale improvements in cash collections, denials, aging, quality, productivity, and turnaround time through data-driven scorecards and action tracking. Partner with Revenue Cycle teams, vendors, and stakeholders to inform operational decisions. This role blends healthcare finance knowledge with standard reporting practices to drive reliable vendor results and operational improvements.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain scorecards and dashboards to monitor vendor performance and service levels
- 2Track action items from governance meetings and drive issue resolution to improve cash collections and denial rates
- 3Prepare reports analyzing operational and financial data to support business decisions
- 4Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- 5Support governance processes and contract performance reviews to ensure SLA compliance and continuous improvement
Requirements5
- 1Requires three or more years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
- 2Experience with vendor management, analytics, and reporting in healthcare
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar reporting tools
- 4Experience with outsourced revenue cycle vendors or BPO environments
- 5Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows, metrics, and scorecard development
Salary Insight
$60 - $89k per year
