Overview
This senior-level role owns system configuration in Epic across clinical and revenue cycle workflows. You will translate business requirements into Epic specifications, acting as the technical bridge between operational teams and the build. Requirements10
- 15+ years configuring Epic applications in a healthcare setting
- 2Epic certification in at least one module
- 33+ years in a senior analyst or coordinator role within Epic build
- 4Proven ability to translate clinical or revenue cycle workflows into Epic system specifications
- 5Hands-on experience with Epic data model, including Clarity and Caboodle schema
- 6Experience managing configuration across multiple Epic environments
- 7Demonstrated troubleshooting of Epic issues that span access, security, or build
- 8Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders
- 9Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, or related field
- 10Familiarity with Epic release cycle and change control documentation
