Overview
Owns and delivers training programs that elevate revenue cycle competency across patient access, billing, and denials at scale. Supports onboarding, workflow education, and system training for Epic or similar platforms. Works as a senior individual contributor and SME for process-change education and competency support. Emphasizes hands-on training design, virtual delivery, and analytics to measure program impact.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and deliver training curricula for patient access, billing, denials, and reimbursement using revenue cycle platforms
- 2Design and maintain job aids, workflow education, and competency materials for adult learners
- 3Lead training delivery and quality reviews for system implementations and workflow changes
- 4Develop elearning and virtual training resources and track learner outcomes for continuous improvement
- 5Support Epic or comparable revenue cycle technology workflows and document performance metrics
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve compliance and risk controls
Requirements5
- 1three (3) years of revenue cycle experience including patient access, billing, or denials
- 2experience developing delivering or maintaining training materials for adult learners
- 3experience using revenue cycle technology platforms and LMS tools
- 4experience with Epic or comparable revenue cycle workflows
- 5bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HIM, or related field
Salary Insight
$81 - $121k per year
