Chartis seeks an Epic Training Lead to spearhead training for a massive Epic-to-Epic migration integrating Lancaster General Health into Penn Medicine. This one-year contract role demands expertise in adult learning change management and curriculum design for large academic medical centers. The ideal candidate will drive training strategy execution and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful enterprise go-live.
What You'll Do13

- 2Develop a comprehensive training plan aligned with project milestones and operational readiness
- 3Evaluate and implement modern learning solutions such as adaptive learning platforms and AI-driven knowledge centers
- 4Partner with executive leadership clinical informatics and IT teams to align training with workflow changes
- 5Design role-based curricula for physicians nurses ancillary departments revenue cycle and administrative staff
- 6Oversee curriculum development eLearning content classroom instruction virtual training simulations and practice environments
- 7Lead the Principal Trainer team and coordinate Credentialed Trainers Super Users and departmental training leads
- 8Establish training governance communication plans competency validation processes and readiness metrics
- 9Monitor learner adoption through dashboards assessments completion tracking and performance analytics
- 10Coordinate dress rehearsals integrated workflow simulations and go-live readiness activities
- 11Develop post-go-live optimization refresher training and continuous education strategies
