What You'll Do13
- 1Design and build Epic Tapestry Utilization Management workflows
- 2Configure prior authorization referral and service authorization functionality
- 3Develop work queues routing rules decision trees and SmartTools templates
- 4Implement auto-status logic event processing authorization rules and automation
- 5Partner with operational leaders to analyze requirements and develop future-state workflows
- 6Collaborate with clinical reviewers provider relations and claims teams to optimize end-to-end processes
- 7Configure Tapestry Care Link workflows for external providers and network partners
- 8Support provider portal workflows security roles and external user access management
- 9Ensure compliance with CMS NCQA HIPAA and state regulations throughout implementation
- 10Perform system testing including unit integration regression and user acceptance testing
- 11Troubleshoot application issues conduct root cause analysis and coordinate resolution
- 12Support Epic upgrades enhancements and production stability during go-live phases
- 13Contribute to reporting requirements and operational KPI development
