Epic Tapestry Contracts Administration Analyst
Overview
Design and implement Epic Tapestry Contracts Administration configurations to ensure accurate claims adjudication and provider payments. This 3–5 month contract requires configuring provider contracts reimbursement methodologies and pricing logic across commercial Medicare Medicaid and value-based models. You will partner with provider contracting claims finance and revenue cycle teams to translate complex agreements into system configurations. The role includes unit integration and user acceptance testing troubleshooting contract issues and supporting contract renewals. Production support and change management are also required. What you will own is defined by the scale of impact within the US healthcare system. This position differs by focusing on contract administration workflows and providing scalable solutions for reimbursement accuracy.
What You'll Do11
- 1Configure and maintain Epic Tapestry Contracts Administration functionality including provider contracts reimbursement methodologies and pricing models
- 2Design and build contract terms for commercial Medicare Medicaid and value-based reimbursement models
- 3Translate complex provider agreements into Epic system configuration while ensuring contractual accuracy
- 4Partner with Provider Contracting Claims Operations Finance Revenue Cycle and Business Operations to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
- 5Configure reimbursement methodologies such as fee-for-service DRG APC per diem capitation case rates and percentage-of-charge models
- 6Support contract modeling pricing validation and reimbursement testing for new contracts and amendments
- 7Perform unit integrated regression and user acceptance testing validate claims adjudication and payment accuracy prior to production deployment
- 8Troubleshoot contract configuration issues impacting provider reimbursement or claims processing
- 9Support contract renewals regulatory updates and annual reimbursement changes
- 10Develop system documentation build specifications testing scripts and operational procedures
- 11Participate in upgrades optimizations and Epic version releases provide production support issue resolution root cause analysis and change management

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Python and AWS
- 33-5 seasons leading data engineering projects
- 4Certified Professional Cloud Architect AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
- 55+ years experience with React and Kubernetes
