Overview
Cogir Senior Living seeks a full-time Resident Lifestyle Assistant in Phoenix Arizona. This role designs and coordinates daily enrichment activities for active seniors. What You'll Do6
- 1Engage residents one-on-one and in small and large groups leading social religious educational indoor and outdoor activities exercise and outings
- 2Facilitate games conversations exercise classes art and music trips and special events
- 3Support monthly newsletter coordination encourage activity participation and document outcomes
- 4Review goals and progress notes
- 5Assist with decorating for special events and coordinate external trips ensuring resident safety
- 6Collaborate with Resident Lifestyle Director as needed
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2At least six months experience working with seniors leading life enrichment activities preferred
- 3Working knowledge of word excel and outlook
- 4Ability to work independently follow schedules maintain composure under stress treat residents with respect and dignity
- 5Friendly assertive professional outgoing multitasked and organized
- 6Excellent communication skills
- 7Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Salary Insight
$42 - $44k per year
