What You'll Do11

- 9Document assessments and prepare quarterly progress notes
- 10Support staff during administrative tasks and facility operations
- 11Follow federal state local corporate guidelines for resident programs
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2One year experience preferred in long term care facilities
- 3Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals
- 4Strong mathematical reasoning for practical applications
- 5Effective verbal communication with diverse audiences
- 6Physical stamina for frequent standing walking and lifting
- 7Attention to detail in documentation and scheduling
- 8Understanding of accessibility requirements for residents
