Overview
Frontier Senior Living seeks a Lifestyle Assistant to develop and promote activities for residents at Laurel Glen at Sugar Land. The role involves planning and supervising daily social educational recreational spiritual therapeutic activities and transportation. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work shifts weekends and holidays.
What You'll Do9
- 1Assist with planning implementing and supervising activities based on resident comments and input
- 2Encourage resident participation through internal and informal communication networks
- 3Help coordinate quarterly in-community seminars or lecture series
- 4Involve and assist Residents Council during monthly meetings
- 5Participate in local activity planners association
- 6Cooperate with Lifestyle Directors to develop programs activities and seminars
- 7Print mail and post activity calendars distribute newsletters and mail materials to residents prospects and staff
- 8Assist at front desk cover for missing staff and represent community via tours and marketing
- 9Own and scale resident engagement initiatives
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current state-specific driver's license and driving record
- 3Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written
- 4Compassion for elderly residents
- 5Self-motivated individual
Salary Insight
$31 - $33k per year
