Overview
Senior Resource Group seeks a dedicated Activities/Club Coordinator to develop and initiate a resident centered Life Enrichment Program. This role drives community engagement through diverse club activities and dining services while collaborating closely with the Activity Director. The ideal candidate thrives in a supportive environment and contributes to enhancing resident experiences.
What You'll Do17
- 1Educate families and staff on Club benefits to maximize resident opportunities
- 2Promote resident participation in tailored activity programs
- 3Maintain clean safe and comfortable environments
- 4Contribute to community relations and increase public awareness
- 5Develop monthly Club program calendars and daily schedules with Activity Director
- 6Coordinate resident attendance at assisted living programs and events
- 7Organize Club outings and manage activities staff logistics
- 8Communicate regularly with Director of Assisted Living regarding resident needs
- 9Report changes in resident conditions or behaviors to leadership
- 10Arrange clinical assistance including restroom escorts and medication support
- 11Manage activity records and assist with dining services enhancement
- 12Set up and clean event spaces
- 13Drive vehicles to locations and secure equipment for transport
- 14Track mileage repairs and submit usage reports
- 15Maintain safe driving record and professional driving history
- 16Assist with purchasing and stocking club supplies
- 17Ensure proper handling of passenger mobility devices
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading residential programs
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 6Valid state driver's license with clean record
- 7Resident care experience preferred
- 8Strong communication and organizational skills
- 9Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- 10Commitment to fostering inclusive community environments
Salary Insight
