What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct and assist with activity assignments and groups
- 2Organize one-to-one activities using interpersonal needs
- 3Create plan and post group activities recreational programs and holiday events
- 4Lead and participate in individual and group activities
- 5Provide input and assist with activity planning
- 6Escort residents to and from activities
- 7Report changes in patient conduct or physical condition to nurses
- 8Evaluate and record behavior participation and progress
- 9Maintain necessary supplies and equipment
- 10Respond to emergency situations
- 11Perform other duties as required
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2At least 1 year experience in therapeutic group activities
- 3Valid Driver’s License
- 4Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- 5Strong collaborating skills and teamwork abilities
