What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in planning and leading activities for residents
- 2Maintain activity calendar and coordinate special events
- 3Recruit and support volunteers for resident engagement
- 4Develop relationships with local schools and community organizations
- 5Support daily operations including activity preparation and documentation
- 6Supervise staff and volunteers while promoting teamwork

Requirements9
- 11 year experience in senior living recreation or activities preferred
- 2High school diploma required college degree preferred
- 3Strong organizational and communication skills
- 4Ability to motivate residents staff and volunteers
- 5Knowledge of relevant regulations preferred
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 7Willingness to obtain state certifications if required
- 8Flexibility for evenings weekends and special events
