Overview
Lead planning and execution of resident engagement initiatives at a top-rated senior living community in Phoenix. Own program operations, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate resident well being and satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement through measurable outcomes and resident feedback. Work with Life Enrichment team to deliver creative activities and events that align with aging best practices.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and lead resident enrichment programs and events to enhance quality of life.
- 2Design project plans, timelines, and milestones for departmental initiatives and ensure on time delivery.
- 3Manage multiple concurrent projects balancing operational needs and resident goals.
- 4Evaluate program outcomes using feedback and metrics to drive improvement.
- 5Lead, mentor, and develop the Life Enrichment team including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- 6Collaborate with cross functional teams and community leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals.
- 7Coordinate staffing coverage to ensure uninterrupted program delivery.
- 8Oversee budgeting, procurement, and vendor services for program execution.
- 9Maintain activity calendars, communications, and event logistics to deliver high quality resident experiences.
- 10Monitor compliance with policies and regulatory requirements and implement quality improvements.
Requirements5
- 14 year degree required
- 2Bachelor's degree in Project Management Healthcare Administration Recreation Therapy Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 3NAAP certification preferred
- 4Experience managing projects programs or operations within senior living healthcare hospitality or related service environment preferred
- 5Strong communication planning budgeting scheduling organizational and problem solving skills
