What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement daily weekly and monthly activities supporting residents physical emotional intellectual and social health
- 2Develop innovative programs aligned with resident interests and evaluate their impact
- 3Organize special events outings and entertainment including transportation and resource coordination
- 4Partner with local organizations entertainers and volunteers to enrich programming
- 5Supervise Life Enrichment staff and volunteers collaborate with other departments
- 6Maintain activity calendars attendance records and documentation manage department budgets ensure regulatory compliance
- 7Promote activities to residents and families through marketing tours and outreach
- 8Represent the community professionally in a welcoming manner
- 9Coordinate multi activity scheduling and simultaneous event management
- 10Utilize basic computer skills for calendars communication and event planning
- 11Drive cultural initiatives that embody compassion communication commitment and creativity
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in life enrichment recreation or event planning
- 2Prior experience in senior living highly preferred
- 3Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Creative energetic approach to programming ability to multitask
- 5Basic proficiency with calendars communication and event software
- 6Commitment to enhancing resident well being through diverse engaging experiences
Salary Insight
