Life Enrichment Assistant - Activities Assistant

You will own the creation and execution of daily activities for residents at a senior living community. You will coordinate calendars, budgets, and outside vendors, and drive company vehicles for resident outings. You will work alongside a supportive team dedicated to holistic wellness and vibrant programming. This role lets you directly enhance resident quality of life through creative engagement.

You will own the activity calendar for Auburn Home, planning and leading daily recreational programs that keep 40-60 residents engaged and connected. You join a care team of 5, reporting to the Life Enrichment Director, and you collaborate with activities staff, nursing, and volunteers. This role stands out for its creative freedom: you design events, coordinate campus wellness programs, and bring joy to older adults through art, music, and recreation.

You will own the daily activity experience for 100+ seniors at Gardens Care Senior Living, creating joy and connection through structured programs and spontaneous moments. You will join the Life Enrichment Department, a tight-knit team of three, coordinated by the Life Enrichment Director and supported by nursing and caregiving staff. This role offers creative freedom to design events with Adobe Photoshop for flyers and Spotify playlists for music therapy, and it sets you on a path toward Activity Director certification.

As a Life Enrichment Ambassador at Crestwood Terrace, you will own the daily activity experience for adults receiving long-term and behavioral health services. You will plan and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that encourage participation and personal growth. Joining a close-knit Activities team, you will build meaningful connections with residents, fostering a supportive and engaging environment. This role stands out for its 5-Star quality measure and a team that celebrates with events like Ugly Christmas sweater contests, making it a place where you can make a real difference.

Own daily recreation programming for 120+ residents at Crown Pointe Care Center. Coordinate group sessions, one-on-one engagement, and documentation that meets state standards. Report to the Life Enrichment Director and collaborate with nursing staff on resident care plans. Lead activities for dementia residents at a faith-based nonprofit facility. Plan and organize enrichment programs while collaborating with staff to enhance resident experiences. Provide compassionate support and foster social engagement.
