Overview
Era Living seeks a full-time Life Enrichment Director to lead our Lakeshore Community in South Seattle/Renton. This role oversees recreation activities and manages a team of professionals. It includes designing daily programs and enhancing resident lives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Design and facilitate comprehensive activities program for residents
- 2Develop and implement community relations events
- 3Schedule monthly activity calendar and coordinate council meetings
- 4Maintain accurate budget for annual activity program
- 5Coordinate resident transportation services
- 6Partner with residents for volunteer opportunities
- 7Lead physical fitness programs tailored to resident abilities
- 8Oversee memory health and brain health activities
- 9Provide mobility support for residents
- 10Manage company vehicle maintenance
- 11Ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Recreation or Therapeutic Recreation
- 2Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- 3Valid WA State Driver License
- 4CDL obtained within 30 days of hire if required
- 5Complete 12 hours CEUs yearly
- 6First Aid and CPR certification
- 7Food Handler’s Certificate
- 8Washington State Alcohol Permit
- 9Caregiver Dementia and Mental Health training
- 1070-hour long term care aide certificate within 120 days
- 11Age 25 years old

$71 - $77k per year
