What You'll Do11
- 1Build and execute targeted outreach campaigns using CRM tools
- 2Design and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
- 3Collaborate with marketing team to develop lead generation strategies
- 4Maintain accurate records in Salesforce platform
- 5Ship policies and coordinate follow-up appointments
- 6Analyze pipeline metrics weekly to identify trends
- 7Debug technical issues during virtual demos
- 8Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling
- 9Deliver post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction
- 10Participate in team huddles to share best practices
- 11Contribute to sales strategy development with manager input
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing high-volume client accounts
- 3AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5Proficiency with HubSpot and Outreach
- 6Valid insurance license or ability to obtain one within 30 days
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8Ability to thrive in virtual environment
- 9Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach
- 10Commitment to ethical selling practices
- 11Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
