What You'll Do11
- 1Build and execute outreach strategies using Salesforce and Outreachly
- 2Present benefit programs and assist clients with enrollment
- 3Maintain strong client relationships through personalized service
- 4Collaborate with manager to set and achieve performance goals
- 5Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and pipeline progress
- 6Ship proposals and negotiate terms with clients
- 7Drive lead generation through digital marketing channels
- 8Debug technical issues with online application platforms
- 9Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and improve tactics
- 10Deliver presentations on product offerings to prospective clients
- 11Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certified in CPC Card or equivalent insurance certification
- 3Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
- 4Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- 5Experience with AWS cloud services preferred
- 6Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- 7Reside in North America including the United States or Canada
- 8Familiarity with React for web-based applications
- 9Knowledge of Kubernetes for scalable systems
- 10Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- 11Commitment to continuous learning and development
