What You'll Do11
- 1Build and execute outreach strategies using CRM tools
- 2Design and deliver personalized insurance consultations
- 3Present benefit programs and assist with enrollment
- 4Maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups
- 5Collaborate with managers to set and achieve sales targets
- 6Utilize data analytics to identify market trends
- 7Ship policies and coordinate renewal processes
- 8Debug customer inquiries and resolve policy questions
- 9Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
- 10Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
- 11Participate in team training sessions and knowledge sharing
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading sales teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified relevant experience
- 55+ years experience with data tools
- 6Residence in North America including United States or Canada
- 7Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- 8Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 9Familiarity with insurance product offerings
- 10Commitment to ethical selling practices
