Lead a licensed Transitional Residential Treatment program providing comprehensive mental health support at scale. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to facilitate recovery, community integration, and access to housing and healthcare services for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Work with a dedicated group across multiple Bay Area sites and shifts to drive client outcomes and program effectiveness. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build individualized rehabilitation plans with clients, incorporating person-centered approaches and evidence-based practices
  • 2Design and deliver individual and group counseling to address mental health symptoms and life skills development
  • 3Implement behavioral interventions and therapeutic techniques to support recovery goals
  • 4Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to maintain effectiveness
  • 5Coordinate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and community partners to ensure holistic care
  • 6Facilitate psychoeducational workshops on stress management conflict resolution and relapse prevention
  • 7Advocate for clients' rights and access to housing employment and healthcare services
  • 8Maintain accurate documentation of interactions treatment plans and progress notes
  • 9Participate in staff meetings case conferences and ongoing training
  • 10Ensure safety and adherence to overnight safety and emergency procedures

Requirements10

  • 1Must have one of the following categories: AA degree and six years of mental health experience or BA degree and four years of mental health experience or Masters with 2 years of mental health experience
  • 2Experience working with adults with serious mental health symptoms and co-occurring disorders
  • 3Ability to obtain criminal records clearance per California WIC § 5405 and applicable requirements
  • 4Pass post-offer pre-employment physical and TB clearance as required by licensing standards
  • 5Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle and sufficient MVR for agency auto liability policies
  • 6Local travel required to fulfill primary responsibilities
  • 7Knowledge of recovery-oriented principles harm reduction trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities
  • 8Strong crisis intervention de-escalation skills and excellent verbal and written communication
  • 9Proficiency with computer documentation and record-keeping
  • 10Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
