What You'll Do11

Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent with three years of direct mental health or community services experience
- 2Associate’s degree with two years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree in Social Services
- 3Minimum one year specialized experience in mental health crisis intervention or related fields
- 4Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance
- 5Ability to operate company vehicle for client transportation
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills with documented experience
- 7Demonstrated commitment to social justice and equitable care delivery
- 8Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- 9Certification in Crisis Intervention and Trauma Response preferred
- 10Experience with benefits navigation and employment placement strategies
- 11Passion for supporting individuals in achieving personal wellness and stability
