What You'll Do11

Requirements11

  • 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent with three years of direct mental health or community services experience
  • 2Associate’s degree with two years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree in Social Services
  • 3Minimum one year specialized experience in mental health crisis intervention or related fields
  • 4Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance
  • 5Ability to operate company vehicle for client transportation
  • 6Strong written and verbal communication skills with documented experience
  • 7Demonstrated commitment to social justice and equitable care delivery
  • 8Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • 9Certification in Crisis Intervention and Trauma Response preferred
  • 10Experience with benefits navigation and employment placement strategies
