What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and assess resident care plans through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to meet care goals
  • 2Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice adheres to State and Federal guidelines
  • 3Review referrals for consultation or treatment to validate alignment with documented nurse plans
  • 4Evaluate resident responses to daily nursing interventions to ensure care plan effectiveness
  • 5Implement physician orders and nursing procedures as needed for resident care
  • 6Seek opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities to maintain competency
  • 7Set and implement facility goals and policies aligned with FutureCare’s philosophy
  • 8Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of care across shifts and services
  • 9Monitor and report changes in resident status and respond with appropriate interventions
  • 10Document care activities and maintain accurate records according to policy

Requirements5

  • 1Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland
  • 21 year of nursing experience preferred
  • 3Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plus
  • 4Must possess a current CPR license
