What You'll Do10
- 1Build and assess resident care plans through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to meet care goals
- 2Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice adheres to State and Federal guidelines
- 3Review referrals for consultation or treatment to validate alignment with documented nurse plans
- 4Evaluate resident responses to daily nursing interventions to ensure care plan effectiveness
- 5Implement physician orders and nursing procedures as needed for resident care
- 6Seek opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities to maintain competency
- 7Set and implement facility goals and policies aligned with FutureCare’s philosophy
- 8Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of care across shifts and services
- 9Monitor and report changes in resident status and respond with appropriate interventions
- 10Document care activities and maintain accurate records according to policy
Requirements5
- 1Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland
- 21 year of nursing experience preferred
- 3Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plus
- 4Must possess a current CPR license
