What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement care plans that improve patient satisfaction scores by 15 percent within the first quarter
- 2Manage acute and chronic conditions while coordinating multidisciplinary team efforts
- 3Conduct comprehensive assessments and document findings accurately in electronic health records
- 4Develop training modules for staff on evidence-based practices
- 5Analyze patient flow data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
- 6Mentor junior nursing staff through shift supervision and competency evaluations
- 7Maintain sterile environments and ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- 8Collaborate with physicians to adjust treatment plans based on diagnostic results
- 9Participate in quality improvement initiatives and track performance metrics
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience in diverse clinical specialties
- 2Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- 3Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- 4Background check clearance and drug screening approval
- 5Two professional references providing verification of qualifications
- 63-5 seasons of relevant work experience
- 7Proficiency with Epic and Cerner systems
- 8Certification in Critical Care Nursing or similar advanced practice area
- 9Valid Maryland driver’s license and work authorization
- 10Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
