- 3Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and serve as clinical resources
- 4Implement initiatives targeting Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators for continuous improvement
- 5Ensure regulatory compliance and support unit leadership decisions
- 6Maintain healthy work environments through effective communication and leadership
- 7Support standardized programs for PRN nurses and adapt to varying commitment levels
- 8Develop and refine care plans based on individual patient assessments
- 9Utilize advanced clinical skills to diagnose and treat complex patient conditions
- 10Advance personal practice through ongoing education and professional development
- 11Foster teamwork and collaborative relationships across the care continuum
Requirements11
- 1Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland or through Compact state agreement
- 2Associate’s degree minimum with BSN preference
- 3One year RN experience with current PALS ACLS NRP certifications
- 4Completion of CPC Card or equivalent certification
- 5Meeting all unit-specific certification requirements
- 6Strong communication skills for patient interaction and team coordination
- 7Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- 8Ability to work flexible hours under PRN status
- 9Commitment to patient-centered care across all age groups
- 10Experience with Spark and Airflow for data-driven solutions
- 11Understanding of Healthy Work Environment principles
