  • 5Ensure regulatory compliance and support unit leadership decisions
  • 6Maintain healthy work environments through effective communication and leadership
  • 7Support standardized programs for PRN nurses and adapt to varying commitment levels
  • 8Develop and refine care plans based on individual patient assessments
  • 9Utilize advanced clinical skills to diagnose and treat complex patient conditions

Requirements11

  • 1Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland or through Compact state agreement
  • 2Associate’s degree minimum with BSN preference
  • 3One year RN experience with current PALS ACLS NRP certifications
  • 4Completion of CPC Card or equivalent certification
  • 5Meeting all unit-specific certification requirements
  • 6Strong communication skills for patient interaction and team coordination
  • 7Proficiency in electronic health record systems
  • 8Ability to work flexible hours under PRN status
  • 9Commitment to patient-centered care across all age groups
  • 10Experience with Spark and Airflow for data-driven solutions
  • 11Understanding of Healthy Work Environment principles
