- 1Lead and coach team members to ensure daily operational excellence

- 4Launch new sites and support regional growth initiatives
- 5Serve as liaison between HQ and local departments
- 6Acquire top talent via interview hiring and onboarding
- 7Ensure appropriate staffing levels and anticipate future needs
- 8Drive upward reporting to keep leadership informed
Requirements10
- 110+ years of relevant experience in retail supply chain operations consulting data-driven project management
- 2Leadership and management experience for multi-location teams
- 3Analytical abilities and motivation of others in deadline-driven environments
- 4Strong communication and organizational skills
- 5Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- 6Degree in Business Operations Supply Chain Management or related field
- 7Ability to solve complex problems under pressure
- 8Travel at least 90% of the time
- 9Experience with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipelines
- 10Familiarity with Gopuff operations and Kubernetes infrastructure
