Overview
We seek a self-starting entrepreneurial leader to join the Field Operations team at Gopuff. This fast-paced role involves leading a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates while overseeing independent Driver Partners. Success depends on executing and leading a team focused on delivering perfect customer experiences.
What You'll Do11
- 1Plans directs and is accountable for all facility operations including deliveries inventory equipment and systems
- 2Drive improvements to KPIs such as order picking time order dwell time drive time order defect rate and cost per order
- 3Trains and coaches associates in safe practices while following standard work and processes
- 4Accountable for driving financial performance by achieving budgeted productivity labor and expense targets
- 5Ensures compliance with Gopuff and legal policies by analyzing reports
- 6Implements safety and HR compliance asset protection and oversees safety of people and products
- 7Develops action plans to improve performance providing direction and guidance on company programs
- 8Creates and implements plans to enhance safety culture and financial performance
- 9Leads in an ever-changing environment with fluid schedules available during peak hours and weekends
- 10Stand bends reaches and walks during shifts lifts up to 49 pounds
- 11Demonstrates professional fluency in Spanish preferred
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in retail grocery military restaurant or equivalent
- 3Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5Proven conflict resolution abilities
- 6Expertise in team development and engagement
- 7Ability to work with changing environments
- 8Flexibility to support facility on weekends and holidays
- 9Physical stamina to stand bend reach and walk during shifts
- 10Experience lifting up to 49 pounds
- 11Professional fluency in Spanish
