Gopuff seeks a self-starting entrepreneurial leader to manage a fast-paced field operations team in Normandy Isles. This role drives delivery excellence and customer satisfaction through strong leadership and operational oversight.
What You'll Do11
- 1Plan and direct all facility operations including deliveries inventory equipment and systems
- 2Drive improvements to KPIs such as order picking time dwell time drive time defect rate and cost per order
- 3Train and coach associates to ensure safe work practices following standard procedures
- 4Accountable for financial performance by meeting budgeted productivity labor and expense targets
- 5Ensure compliance with Gopuff and legal policies by analyzing reports
- 6Implement safety and human resource compliance protecting people products and assets
- 7Develop action plans to boost performance guiding teams and maintaining confidentiality
- 8Create and execute facility improvement plans enhancing safety culture and financial results
- 9Lead in dynamic environments supporting drivers during peak hours and special schedules
- 10Stand bend reach and walk while standing during shifts
- 11Lift up to 49 pounds and maintain physical stamina throughout shifts
Requirements8
- 13+ years leading mixed W2 and 1099 employee teams in retail grocery military restaurant settings
- 2Bachelor’s degree preferred with proven change agent experience improving processes
- 3Strong communication writing and conflict resolution abilities
- 4Proficiency in computer use email and Google Suite
- 5Fluid schedule availability during peak hours and flexibility for weekend/holiday coverage
- 6Ability to lift 49 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- 7Professional Spanish fluency preferred
- 8Commitment to customer-first values and delivering exceptional experiences
