Overview
Gopuff seeks a Process Lead to drive operational excellence in New York. This leadership role oversees Pack and Receive teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and rapid delivery. You will coach staff to enhance customer experience while leading shift activities.
What You'll Do18
- 1Pack orders and receive inbound inventory during low vol / min staffed periods
- 2Complete ICQA during low vol / min staffed periods
- 3Support associate team during shift coverage gaps using carts and equipment
- 4Quarterback and direct associate activities during shift
- 5Escalate site issues in real time to leadership
- 6Close/open checklists for OA team
- 7Oversee facility operations and delivery processes
- 8Develop and train new associates
- 9Manual driver routing and dispatching
- 10Shelf move activities for reorganization
- 11Execute site projects and conduct audits
- 12Perform damage and expiry process audits
- 13Assist in meeting performance objectives
- 14Troubleshoot defects and analyze root causes
- 15Stand, bend, reach, and walk during shifts
- 16Handle products containing tobacco nicotine or alcohol
- 17Work in freezer locations
- 18Complete additional duties as needed
Requirements8
- 12 years internal Gopuff experience
- 22+ years leadership in retail grocery restaurant
- 31+ year process improvement experience
- 4ServeSafe Certification preferred
- 5Ability to work fluid schedules
- 6Availability during peak hours and weekends
- 7Ability to lift 49 pounds
- 8Professional Spanish fluency preferred
