What You'll Do8
- 1Support high-volume talent acquisition and onboarding by streamlining requisition approvals through onboarding Partner with operations leaders to support preboarding and onboarding requirements including candidate pipeline oversight and I-9 compliance
- 2Manage job posting reconciliations and auditing across platforms ensuring data integrity and compliance
- 3Monitor onboarding inbox responding to inquiries from hiring managers and new hires
- 4Implement process changes and best practices to enhance efficiency using automation and AI tools
- 5Communicate effectively across all levels with consistent follow up and follow through
- 6Partner with talent acquisition onboarding and employee relations for reporting requests enabling data-driven decisions
- 7Pay: Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing Philadelphia PA $55,000-$65,000 Starting pay determined by skills experience qualifications location and market conditions
- 8Salary range reflects reasonable expectations for the role
Requirements8
- 15+ years human resources recruitment administrative or related experience
- 2Previous experience scheduling interviews and coordinating schedules
- 3Proficiency with web-based software applications applicant tracking systems
- 4Ability to work in fast-paced environment where requirements constantly change
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication
- 6Proficiency in Google suite strong organizational skills
- 7Can-do attitude team player mentality
